Julia Lipan grew up in Germany with her parents running the family business and investing in Real Estate. She completed her B.A. degree in Film and Television, with minors in Business and Psychology before moving to the United States in 2001. Working as a Production and Account Manager in the entertainment industry for over 10 years, she enjoyed finding creative solutions in a challenging, diverse and demanding environment. With a history and passion for Real Estate, Julia focused her skills and energy as a Realtor on the LA South Bay market in 2016.
